Mid Term updates

Blogger is lots of fun, being able to log on and see how many page views you're getting daily, and seeing how they progressively get higher and higher as we near closer to Saturday.

Some of you have been offering to post-it-yourself. As I've told everyone, you're silly and I'm fine. People seem worried about my being up/working late. As I told Marshall, "I direct theater..."

Having said that, I suppose I should note that once I go to bed 'Saturday morning' I guess that's a cut off point. I could say maybe I'll check the email before I leave to class...but I wouldn't want to lie to you *sly smile*. Hope everyone is doing well!

When's this stuff due?

So, some of you have been a bit confused on when this stuff is due. To clarify:

I NEVER GAVE YOU A DUE DATE

And for good reason. Some of you may only have Friday evening to finish and turn this stuff in. Having said that I'll simply add your work to the post when I arrive home Friday night/Saturday morning. Having said that...I'm going to be a very sad Michael if EVERYONE decides to turn it in then.

In a perfect world everyone will be done tomorrow and I'll have Friday to put it together that way I can sleep a bit before class. But this is a beautiful world of imperfections isn't it? 

So, don't give me no bone to pick with you!

Make the non-human Human

Here are some humanoid robots whose forms are more or less akin to us. But we can make them human! Take the same 'start with something' then 'box' it up. Once you have those forms you can proceed with everything else we've learned in class with working out the human forms.

Check these out (however you'd like), Eizo made an actual calendar of these models' xrays. Why not try drawing boxes from these for practice? And they're so pretty too!
